During this recurring event, IN-PERSON on the third Wednesday of every month or ONLINE on the fourth Wednesday of every month, we can help gain Balance and Heal ourselves by Calling on the Seven Directions and utilizing their many energies and correspondences.
It IS NOT a cure-all. It IS NOT a one and done, quick fix. It is a monthly tool to use alongside other tools such as boundary setting, self-care, meditation, etc., to help you bring your entire life into balance and help heal the traumas that control you!
No, this is not going to happen overnight and it will take a commitment and work on your part. But if you are serious about it and are willing, I promise you, it will be worth it.

Each Shamanic Healing Circle follows a carefully structured format that honors traditional wisdom while addressing your modern healing needs:
Energy Reclamation – We begin by calling back your scattered energy, drawing your vital essence home to create wholeness and strength.
Sacred Breathwork – Guided breathing exercises ground your spirit and prepare your being for deeper healing work.
Seven Directions Ceremony – Connect with the archetypal energies of the Seven Directions, invoking their ancient wisdom and protective power for your healing journey.
Individual Rattling – Each participant receives personalized rattling work designed to gently loosen and release energetic blockages, freeing your natural flow to help you move forward on your spiritual path.
Fire Ceremony – Experience the transformative power of sacred fire as we ceremonially burn away the energies that no longer serve you, creating space for renewal and growth.
Sacred Sharing Circle – Close in community as participants share their experiences and insights from the healing ceremony, fostering connection and integration of the work.
An Evolving Practice
As my shamanic studies continue to deepen, the format of our Healing Circle will evolve and expand, ensuring that each gathering offers the most potent and relevant healing practices available.

- This is an In Person Event at The Menagerie in Bellevue, PA
- It is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm Pagan Standard Time lol. IYKYK!
- The event will end when it ends (usually by 8:00 pm but I make no promises) so please clear a healthy amount of time for yourself in your schedule when coming to our event.
- The Shamanic Healing Circle is open to everyone age 16 and older. However, Minors must have a Parent or Guardian present to consent to their participation.
- Feel free to come early and check out all the amazing things The Menagerie has to offer before we start.
- You are invited to join us for an After Circle Gathering a few blocks away at Tavern Pizza once our session is complete for food, drinks and continued community.

- This is an ONLINE event via Google Meet
- It is scheduled to begin at 10:00 pm ET SHARP
- The event will end when it ends (usually about 1 1/2 hours but I make no promises) so please clear a healthy amount of time for yourself in your schedule when participating in our event.
- The Shamanic Healing Circle is open to everyone age 16 and older. However, Minors must have a Parent or Guardian present to consent to their participation.
- For your participation in the Fire Ceremony, please have a candle, fire-safe container, and either a wooden toothpick, wooden matchstick, small, tightly rolled piece of paper or something similar that will burn easily to use as your “Death Arrow”
